Please find the JD for MBD Engineers and Lead Experience- 5- 15 Years. Location- Pune – Kalyani Nagar Key Responsibilities: Develop high-fidelity models for electric motors and battery systems, capturing dynamic, thermal, and electrical characteristics. Design and simulate motor control algorithms such as Field-Oriented Control (FOC) , sensorless control , and torque/speed regulation. Model battery behavior including State of Charge (SOC) , State of Health (SOH) , thermal dynamics, and degradation patterns. Integrate motor and battery models for system-level performance analysis under varying load and environmental conditions. Validate control strategies through virtual prototypes and refine models using experimental data. Optimize motor and battery control parameters for efficiency, thermal management, and durability. Knowledge of modeling product dynamics for torque load, vibration, and system interaction analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support embedded control implementation and product validation. Understanding of Embedded H/W and F/W design and implementation Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Strong proficiency in motor control theory , battery management systems (BMS) , and system dynamics . Hands-on experience with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape Electrical . Knowledge of control algorithm development , power electronics , and real-time simulation (MIL/HIL) . Ability to interpret experimental data and refine models for accuracy. Preferred Skills: Experience with sensorless motor control , advanced torque/speed control strategies , and battery thermal management . Familiarity with energy efficiency optimization , multi-domain integration , and durability analysis . Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
