Senvion is seeking a talent professional with 12+ years of experience as a Technical Lead in different Platforms and development of the Electrical Systems and Electrical Systems concepts which are included in the Wind Turbine and in the tower. This includes Control Cabinets, Auxiliary Systems, Auxiliary Transformer. Key Responsibilities: Scope includes the Design Engineering of the Electrical LV Systems for the WTGs including interfaces, implementation of the components in the WTG, developing new technologies and being state of the art in the responsible area. Creation of Circuit Diagrams, 3D Models and Simulations for the Electrical LV Systems. Provide wind turbine system expertise through all phases of product development, from requirements definition through design and development, validation and product life cycle support. Make design calculation. Create all needed Documents for each component like Specifications, Reports, Test specifications, etc. Make all complementary documentation for the components before installation (installation manual and service manual etc). Close Cooperation within P&T and with the cross functional Project teams. Participate in Design and document release reviews. Optimization to new technical standards Plan & organize technical program reviews and participate as a presenter or reviewer. Managing key interfaces across systems and ensuring key CTQ’s in product and technical requirements are addressed. Responsibility for the BOM for components and sub-assemblies, understand the product life cycle of the components, spare parts allocation, BOM review, Master data for components etc. Expertise & exposure to SAP /PLM and Engineering Change Management is a must. Prepare Validation test plan and follow-up on executing the test cases on time at the intended locations. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks, in consistency with engineering policies and procedures. Technical support and co-operation with the shopfloor/ project team during prototype assembly and testing and ensure prototype functions are fully accordance to design. Participate in supplier potential audits and FAI together with supply chain Quality to ensure the specification and requirements are met (as per agreed specification and ITP). Support production / NPI to secure an effective introduction to series productions. Ensure 100% compliance to QMS processes, components and their use to international codes and safety standards /project /customer requirements.
