Position - Site Engineer – Civil Summary :  We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and execute on-site construction activities efficiently. The role involves supervising daily site operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors and project teams to deliver projects on time and as per specifications. Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations. Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor and ensure quality control at all stages of construction. Manage construction materials and ensure proper usage. Handle interior and exterior finishing works effectively. Maintain site documentation, reports, and progress tracking. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Support project planning and execution in coordination with the Project Management Consultant (PMC). Who Can Apply Civil engineering professionals with strong on-site experience Candidates capable of independently handling site operations Professionals looking for long-term growth in construction projects Requirements B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience Strong knowledge of civil execution, RCC, and finishing works Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work full-time on-site Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with site supervision tools and reporting systems.
