With a legacy of dedication to education, the Society continues to empower future generations through its various institutions.Role Description • Manage Firewalls, Routers, and Access Points • Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues • Administer Google Workspace (G-Suite) users, storage, and configurations • Provide helpdesk support for Bal Bharati Connect ERP Platform and Gradebook systems • Conduct AWS health checks and monitoring • Maintain IT call logs and support tracking • Monitor the Drupal-based CES websiteWhat We’re Looking For • 5-10 years experience in IT administration or infrastructure support • Strong knowledge of network systems and Google Workspace administration • Familiarity with AWS monitoring and IT helpdesk operations • Ability to support school IT teams and troubleshoot system issuesLocation: CES Office, Pusa Road, New DelhiInterested candidates may apply by sending their CV to QualificationsProficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve IT-related inquiries and issues efficiently.Strong skills in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintaining network equipment and systems.Expertise in System Administration tasks, such as installing, updating, and managing hardware and software environments.A solid foundation in Information Technology principles, best practices, and security standards.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide effective support across the organization.
