Location:IIM Udaipur, RajasthanSirohi, RajasthanSalary Package: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4 LPA (depending on experience)Job Description:We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at site. The role primarily involves supervision of ongoing civil works, monitoring project progress, maintaining site records, and ensuring smooth execution of work as per project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Supervision and monitoring of civil construction activities at site.Ensuring proper execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Maintaining stock records of materials and monitoring material consumption.Coordination with contractors, labour, and project stakeholders.Assisting in planning and timely completion of project activities.Maintaining site documentation and basic reporting.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of CPWD rules and procedures will be an added advantage.Basic understanding of construction practices and site management.Ability to handle site operations and material management.Qualification:Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.Experience:Relevant site experience preferred (freshers with good technical understanding may also apply).Note: Candidate willing to work at project sites in Rajasthan will be preferred.
