The Head of Sales will lead, strategize, and execute sales initiatives, while managing and mentoring the sales team. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, creating actionable sales plans, developing and maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. The role requires monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering business objectives effectively.QualificationsProficient in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and meet business targetsStrong Analytical Skills for market analysis, forecasting, and performance evaluationExperience in Account Management to maintain key client relationshipsProven ability in Team Management to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team efficientlyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting partnerships and work effectively within teamsProficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is highly desirableMinimum 8-10 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role
