AUM Size is $4 billion.Key Responsibilities :: Oversee general accounting and finance functions of the AIF, ensuring accurate maintenance of books and recordsManage daily NAV computation, quarterly financial statements, and investor reporting with precision and timelinessReconcile trades and settlements, liaise with the deal team, and ensure smooth execution and recordkeeping of transactionsEnsure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, etc.Support monitoring of fund liquidity by forecasting cash flows, obligations, and maintaining adequate capital reservesDrive improvements in internal accounting and operational processes aligned with fund goals and controlsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and cash flow analysesCollaborate with external consultants, vendors, fund administrators, custodians, and bankers to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high communication standardsTake ownership of assigned projects and processes, demonstrating expertise and accountability in deliveryIdeal Candidate:Prior experience of at least 5 years in finance operations of an AIF (Category II) or equivalent fund structureStrong command of accounting, fund administration, compliance, and reporting processesAnalytical mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issuesAbility to work comfortably in a detail-oriented and dynamic environment with cross-functional interactionsMandatory RequirementPrimary Job Profile : Fund OperationsTechnical Skills : AIF, Fund Accounting
