Whether it needs to be filmed, animated, or produced at any scale, Kathputlee ensures high-quality, memorable content creation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a creative brand strategist. The creative producer will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling creative concepts, presentations, and production-ready ideas. The role requires a strong balance of creative thinking, client communication, and execution support.Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Client Servicing & StrategyLead brand and content strategy discussions with clientsUnderstand client business goals, target audience, and market positioningTranslate client briefs into clear strategic directions for creative and production teamsAct as the main strategic point of contact for assigned clients2. Brand & Content StrategyDevelop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voiceCreate content strategies for digital, social media, brand films, campaigns, and video formatsPlan storytelling structures aligned with brand objectives and audience behaviorEnsure brand consistency across all deliverables3. Creative Direction SupportCollaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, and video teamsReview concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content plans from a brand lenProvide strategic inputs to elevate creative ideas without compromising feasibility4. Research & Market InsightsConduct industry, competitor, and audience researchIdentify trends, content opportunities, and platform-specific best practicesPresent insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams5. Pitching & PresentationsSupport new business pitches with strategy, ideas, and deck contentCreate client-ready presentations, case studies, and proposal narrativesParticipate in pitch meetings and creative presentations6. Project Coordination & Quality ControlWork with project managers to ensure strategy alignment during executionReview outputs to ensure they meet strategic and brand objectivesFlag scope creep or misalignment early and suggest solutionsQualificationsProficiency in Brand Strategy, Brand Development, and Brand ManagementExperience in Branding and creating cohesive brand identitiesStrong communication skills with a focus on crafting effective messagingAbility to conduct market analysis and apply insights to enhance brand positioningCreativity, critical thinking, and attention to detailTeam collaboration and project management skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related fieldExperience with digital platforms and content trends is a plusExperience3–5 years of experience in a creative and digital agency, production house, or media environment (flexible for the right candidate).Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthInterested Candidate Please fill the form
