Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, supporting due diligence on real estate investment opportunities, performing real estate appraisals, and assisting in investment strategy development. The intern will also work on creating reports and presentations for stakeholders, adding value to decision-making processes.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating complex datasets and deriving actionable insightsKnowledge of Finance and Investments with the ability to analyze market trends and investment performanceProficiency in financial modeling and advanced use of software such as Excel and PowerPointStrong communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise reportsInterest in or experience with the education sector is a plusCurrently pursuing or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related fieldAttention to detail and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
