The primary responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential clients, providing consultations on customized power solutions, and negotiating sales to meet business development goals. The role also entails preparing proposals, conducting site visits for technical assessments, coordinating with internal teams for seamless project execution, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven sales, business development, and client relationship management skillsUnderstanding of power solutions, including gas and diesel generators, and technical aptitude to conduct site assessmentsVisit construction sites, industrial areas, and commercial projects and identify new and ongoing projects Build relationships with contractors, site engineers, and project managersCollect project requirements and coordinate for quotationsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a dynamic environmentTrack and convert project opportunities into salesBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in project sales or the energy/power sector is a strong advantageProficiency in relevant tools such as CRM software and MS Office SuiteWillingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region for client meetings and site visits
