Curriculum Development and Alignment:To develop and review the curriculum framework for Mathematics.To ensure that the curriculum is aligned with academic standards, educational goals, and the needs of students. This includes developing scope and sequence documents, creating learning objectives and selecting appropriate instructional resources.Professional Development:To design and deliver professional development programs for teachers and administrators to enhance their instructional practices and keep them abreast of the latest research and best practices in education.Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions on curriculum implementation, instructional strategies, assessment techniques, and educational technology integration.Instructional Support:Provide support and resources to schools and teachers to facilitate effective instructional practices. This includes developing and disseminating instructional materials, creating curriculum guides and lesson plans, and offering coaching or mentoring for teachers to improve their instructional delivery.Educational Research and Innovation:Central Academics may engage in educational research and innovation initiatives to explore and promote evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Collaborate with external research institutions, participate in research studies, and pilot new educational programs or initiatives.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate and communicate with school leaders and teachers for smooth implementation of initiatives, research programs, plans etc.Standards and Assessments: Establish and monitor academic standards and assessments to measure student achievement and progress.To develop assessment frameworks, implement standardized testing programs, analyze assessment data, and provide feedback to schools and teachers to improve instructional practices.Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret academic data from schools and classrooms to evaluate programs decisions. Also generate reports and presentations on student achievement, instructional trends, and academic programs outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
