Job Description

Position Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – HR Shared ServicesRole Overview This role is responsible for managing and strengthening HR Shared Services operations, ensuring efficient, standardized, and high-quality delivery of HR services across the organization. The incumbent will drive process excellence, support transformation initiatives, and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance overall service effectiveness and employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & OperationsOversee end-to-end HR Shared Services operations, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery across employee lifecycle processes.Establish and monitor service levels, performance metrics, and quality standards.Manage escalations and ensure effective resolution of employee and business queries.Process Excellence & TransformationDrive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.Support transition of activities into shared services model and ensure smooth operations.Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and improve service quality.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align service delivery with organizational needs.Act as a key interface between global and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.HR Systems & Digital EnablementWork closely with HRIS teams to ensure effective utilization of HR systems and tools.Support implementation and optimization of digital platforms such as ticketing systems and workflow tools.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop the HR Shared Services team to build strong operational capability.Drive a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and accountability.Candidate ProfileExperience7–12 years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / HR Transformation environments.Proven experience in managing HR service delivery and driving process improvements.Exposure to global HR environments and stakeholder management.Skills & ExpertiseStrong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and shared services models.Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) and case management tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Key CompetenciesService Delivery ExcellenceProcess Improvement & AutomationStakeholder ManagementLeadership & Team DevelopmentChange ManagementData-Driven Decision Making
