The role involves customer engagement, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for the Front-Line Care product range.Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers and channel partners across hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions.Collaborate closely with OEM partners to drive business growth and maximize sales performance.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, paramedics, and key decision-makers.Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand business.Generate market intelligence including new tenders, upcoming hospitals, and institutional projects.Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.Represent the company at academic events, conferences, and exhibitions.Provide regular feedback to management on customer requirements and market dynamics.Desired Skills & CompetenciesProven experience in medical device or healthcare equipment sales.Strong exposure to medical simulation, anesthesia & critical care, ultrasound, imaging, or surgical equipment preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.Result-oriented with a demonstrated ability to close deals.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory (North region).QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.), B.Tech, BBA, or B.PharmMBA will be an added advantageExperienceMinimum 2 years of sales experience in medical instruments or healthcare equipmentPreference will be given to candidates with experience in anaesthesia, critical care, ultrasound, imaging, or surgical equipmentTo apply, follow the link: DSS Group Job Application Form
