The Clinical Head will primarily drive clinical excellence through accurate diagnosis, comprehensive treatment planning, and high-quality execution of dental procedures. The role involves handling and supervising complex cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.Key responsibilities include evaluating patient cases, formulating interdisciplinary treatment plans, and guiding the clinical team in delivering evidence-based dental treatments. The Clinical Head will also mentor dentists, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and collaborate with specialists to achieve seamless and effective treatment outcomes, while upholding all regulatory and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's and advanced degree in Dentistry (BDS and MDS) with valid licensing and certificationsOpen to MDS professionals across Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and EndodonticsWith Minimum 2 Years of clinical Experience.Proven track record of managing or working in a clinical leadership role is advantageousExtensive experience in clinical dentistry and treatment planningLeadership and team management skills for guiding and mentoring dental professionalsIn-depth knowledge of dental procedures, diagnosis, and use of cutting-edge dental technologiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for patient relations and team collaborationAbility to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and implement quality control measures
