With a strong team of 400+ educators and retainers, we are on a mission to create measurable score improvements and transformational learning experiences.Position: Vice President – Outreach & Alliances (Global Travel)Location: Remote/Full TimeCompensation: INR 24 lacs – 42 lacs per annumAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Vice President – Outreach & Alliances to drive global expansion through strong counsellor networks and institutional partnerships. This role is critical in building and scaling relationships that enhance student outreach and business growth in the international education ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:-Strategic PartnershipsIdentify, onboard, and manage and build relationships through global counseling partners and institutionsBuild long-term alliances to expand market presence across key geographiesCounselor Network DevelopmentEstablish and grow a robust network of education counsellors and consultantsDrive engagement, training, and performance of counsellor partnersBusiness GrowthDevelop and execute outreach strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targetsExplore new markets and partnership opportunities in global travel/educationRelationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including partners, institutions, and internal teamsEnsure high counsellor satisfaction and retentionTeam LeadershipLead and mentor outreach and alliances teamsSet performance goals, KPIs, and monitor executionMarket IntelligenceTrack global trends in international education and student mobilityProvide insights for strategic decision-makingQualifications & Requirements:-MBA (Mandatory) from a reputed institution.10+ years of experience in outreach, alliances, or business development, preferably in:International education / test prepGlobal TravelProven experience in:-Building and scaling counsellor or partner networksManaging high-value partnershipsDriving revenue growthStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsWillingness to travel (domestic & international)
