Team Collaboration: You will work closely with faculty, administrative staff, and educational leaders to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment that promotes continuous improvement. Requirements:Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Experience Requirements: 2-7 years of experience in an academic coordination role or similar educational environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in curriculum development. Expertise in assessment design and evaluation techniques. Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Certifications: Relevant certifications in curriculum development or educational leadership are a plus.
