Role Purpose: The Academic Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience by overseeing curriculum development, assessment design, and overall program effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional materials to meet educational standards. Design and assess evaluation methods to measure student learning outcomes. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment of curriculum with educational goals and objectives. Provide training and support to teachers on best practices in curriculum delivery and assessment. Utilize educational technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences. Manage educational facilities to ensure a conducive learning environment. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve academic programs continuously. Team Collaboration: You will work closely with faculty, administrative staff, and educational leaders to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment that promotes continuous improvement. Requirements:Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Experience Requirements: 2-7 years of experience in an academic coordination role or similar educational environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in curriculum development. Expertise in assessment design and evaluation techniques. Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Certifications: Relevant certifications in curriculum development or educational leadership are a plus.
