Job description: Delhi | One Digital | Full-Time Social Media Manager – Strategy Means Nothing Without Execution We've met a lot of /"social media managers/" who are great at building calendars and writing captions. And while that's lovely, it's not enough for us. At One Digital, we want someone who can think AND do. Someone who has a genuine craft — a skill they've sharpened, a thing they're really, truly good at — and who also happens to understand how to build a brand's presence on social media from the ground up. Oh, and you need to make beautiful presentations. Non-negotiable. More on that below. What You'll Be Doing • Managing and growing social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more • Building monthly content calendars, brand narratives, and social strategies that actually make sense • Creating visually stunning reports, client presentations, and pitch decks that reflect One Digital's quality bar — think clean layouts, smart typography, and zero clip art • Coordinating with clients and internal teams to brief, review, and deliver content • Bringing your core skill to the table every single day — whether that's designing creatives, editing reels, running paid campaigns, or shooting and editing video • Staying on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and what's actually working right now ✅ You're Built For This If You... • Have 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience (agency background preferred) • Have at least ONE skill you genuinely own — pick your weapon: Graphic Design — You live in Canva, Figma, or Adobe and your creatives look like they belong on a brand's feed, not a school project Reels / Short-Form Video — You understand hooks, transitions, pacing, and what makes someone stop scrolling ✂️ Video Editing — Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci — you know your way around a timeline and it shows Paid Campaigns — Meta Ads, Google Ads, or both — you know how to set up, optimise, and report on campaigns without Googling every step Content Creation — You can shoot, direct, and produce content independently without a full production crew • Know how to make a presentation that looks genuinely good — not just a Google Slides template with your logo slapped on it. We're talking thoughtful design, visual hierarchy, and a clear story • Have working knowledge of graphic design principles even if design isn't your primary skill • Can write decent copy — captions, hooks, CTAs — nothing that reads like it was generated and copy-pasted • Are proactive, organised, and don't need to be reminded three times to hit a deadline
