We are seeking a Sales Executive (Event Sales) to support our conference sales efforts through a blended approach of LinkedIn outreach and outbound calling. Key Responsibilities Generate sales opportunities using a blended approach of LinkedIn outreach and outbound calling Make 120–140 outbound calls per day to professionals in the US market Connect with prospects on LinkedIn, send personalized messages, and follow up via calls Present event details, value propositions, and participation benefits clearly and professionally Identify decision-makers and drive conversions through structured follow-ups Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets Maintain accurate records of calls, LinkedIn interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM Skills & Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence Strong written communication skills for LinkedIn outreach Ability to influence decision-makers and handle objections Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined Must have a laptop/desktop and stable high-speed internet connection Prior experience in B2B sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or event sales is an advantage Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours What We Offer A flat commission of ₹12,000 INR for each individual deal closed ₹30,000 INR incentive for every deal independently sourced and successfully closed by the Sales Executive Performance-based incentives and sales rewards Opportunity to work with international conferences and global clients Career growth in B2B sales and event marketing
