Senior Executive – Logistics Location: Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu, India Openings: 2 Experience: 4 – 10 Years CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA Education Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Logistics / Supply Chain / Commerce Job Summary We are seeking experienced Logistics Senior Executives to manage end-to-end logistics operations including import/export coordination, customs clearance, compliance documentation, and warehouse logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities Manage import and export logistics operations including shipment planning and tracking. Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for timely shipment movement. Handle customs clearance activities, including preparation of Bill of Entry (BOE), Shipping Bills, and duty calculations. Manage documentation and compliance related to customs, DGFT, and GST regulations. Support MOOWR bonded warehouse operations, including inventory tracking and compliance. Manage logistics activities through ICEGATE portal including filings and shipment tracking. Monitor freight costs, demurrage, and detention charges and implement cost optimization. Maintain proper logistics documentation and shipment records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports for management review. Coordinate with internal teams such as purchase, production, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
