Executive Assistant & Research Associate – Founder's Office Location: Delhi or Dehradun (Hybrid) | Compensation: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month About the Founder This role reports directly to Ravi Pokhriyal (LinkedIn), a senior global executive with 30+ years in agri-food businesses across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He is now focused on two missions: strategic advisory in the emerging market, and building sustainable rural livelihoods in Uttarakhand.About the Role A high-exposure, dual-focused role blending executive support, rigorous research, and social communication across two distinct streams:Advisory & Consulting – Research and analysis support for consulting assignments in agriculture and food industry across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.Social Impact – Ground-level support for agri–livestock initiatives in Uttarakhand aimed at a 10X improvement in rural household incomes. Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Analysis: Desk research on policy, agriculture, markets, and supply chains across select countries in Africa and Asia; prepare briefs, presentation decks, and insight notes to support consulting assignments.Social Projects: Document and support rural livelihood initiatives; track government welfare schemes and how beneficiaries can access them; coordinate with NGOs, FPOs, government bodies, and research institutions.Founder's Office: Manage calendar, travel, and priorities; maintain action trackers, minutes, and follow-ups; draft high-quality emails and thought-leadership content. Occasional travel to Dehradun and Uttarakhand required.Social Media: Manage LinkedIn and Facebook presence; draft and schedule posts; curate relevant sector news and insights. Who Should Apply 3–5 years' experience as EA, Analyst, Program Associate, or Consultant. Strong research and writing skills in English; proficiency in MS Office and digital/AI tools; comfort with social media for professional communication.
