The ideal candidate should have hands-on understanding of offset printing machines and be capable of creating accurate, production-ready dielines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop packaging artworks aligned with brand requirementsCreate precise and production-ready dielines for various packaging formatsPrepare print files with correct bleed, margins, color profiles, and finishing detailsCoordinate closely with the printing team for smooth executionUnderstand the functioning of offset printing machines and adapt designs accordinglyPlan layouts to optimize paper usage and reduce wastageIdentify and resolve issues during sampling and productionRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in packaging design and printingStrong knowledge of offset printing machines and their functionsExpertise in dieline creation and packaging structureProficiency in CorelDRAW is a mustWorking knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantageUnderstanding of paper types, GSM, and print finishesStrong attention to detail and ability to deliver print-ready filesPreferred SkillsExperience working in a printing press or packaging unitAbility to manage multiple jobs and meet production timelinesGood coordination and communication skills
