Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller at our New Delhi location. The Caller will interact with prospective students, parents, or clients to provide information about the academy’s courses and services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, answering queries, maintaining records, and providing follow-ups on inquiries. Additionally, the Caller will assist in ensuring a seamless communication experience while representing the values and goals of the academy. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with varied audiences.Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in phone etiquette and responsiveness to inquiries.Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with call tracking systems and data entry tools.Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.Customer service experience, preferably in an educational or professional training environment, is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in Office Administration or Customer Service are a bonus).
