Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who can lead end-to-end influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnerships for a premium brand. The role requires identifying the right niche influencers, building meaningful relationships, and executing impactful campaigns aligned with brand positioning.Key Responsibilities • Identify, research, and segment relevant influencers (fashion, luxury, lifestyle, wedding, corporate, etc.) • Execute end-to-end outreach in English (DMs, emails, negotiations) • Build and manage influencer collaborations (paid & barter) • Shortlist influencers aligned with brand positioning and target audience • Handle negotiations, contracts, and deliverables • Plan and execute campaigns for Instagram, YouTube & other platforms • Track performance: engagement, reach, conversions, ROI • Maintain a strong database of verified influencer contacts • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance marketing)Requirements • Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing • Strong experience in outreach, collaboration & influencer management • Proven work with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or service-based brands • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Deep understanding of social media trends & influencer ecosystem • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to identify high-impact influencers (micro to premium tier)Preferred • Experience with luxury or bespoke brands • Existing network of influencers & agencies • Understanding of branding, storytelling & visual aestheticsWhat We’re Looking ForA sharp, proactive individual who understands brand fit over vanity metrics, can build long-term influencer relationships, and drive meaningful visibility for a premium brand.
