Job Title: Backend Developer (Mid-Level / Senior) Experience: 4–7 Years / 7+ Years Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking skilled Backend Developers to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend technologies, API development, and database management, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and REST APIs Build scalable and high-performance microservices-based applications Integrate front-end components with server-side logic Ensure security, reliability, and performance of applications Optimize database queries and improve system efficiency Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) Participate in code reviews and best practices implementation Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in backend programming (Java / Python / Node.js / .NET) Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Microservices architecture Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Experience with frameworks like: Java → Spring Boot Python → Django / Flask Node.js → Express Understanding of API security (OAuth, JWT) Familiarity with version control (Git).
