With a strong presence across India, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand visibility and drive student admissions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand awareness. Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities , including digital marketing, print media, outdoor advertising, events, and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners for tie-ups and collaborations. Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, school activities, and promotional events to generate student leads. Analyze market trends, competition, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. Coordinate closely with the sales/admissions team to ensure effective lead conversion and target achievement. Prepare, manage, and track marketing budgets and performance reports . Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field. 2–7 years of relevant experience in marketing (experience in the education/coaching sector preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools , and reporting.
