Role Overview We are looking for a Creative Lead (Copy) / Copy Supervisor with strong conceptual thinking and writing craft , along with the ability to guide and mentor junior teams. This role is ideal for someone from a digital-first or integrated advertising agency background , with experience working on multiple brands and campaign-led work . Key Responsibilities Creative & Campaign Development Develop campaign ideas, brand narratives, and content concepts across digital and integrated platforms Write compelling copy for social media, films, branded content, and campaigns Contribute to end-to-end campaign execution from brief to delivery Ensure ideas are platform-first, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand objectives Team Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with art, design, strategy, and account teams Guide and mentor junior copywriters , ensuring quality and consistency in output Provide constructive feedback to elevate creative thinking and craft Brand & Client Ownership Manage copy output across multiple brands and campaigns Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across touchpoints Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients Requirements ✅ 4–7 years of experience in copywriting within digital/integrated advertising agencies ✅ Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led and digital-first work ✅ Experience working on multiple brands across categories ✅ Strong understanding of social, content, and integrated campaign formats ✅ Excellent writing, storytelling, and conceptual skills ✅ Good presentation and client interaction skills Preferred ➕ Experience working on FMCG, Beauty, Food & Beverage, or Consumer brands ➕ Exposure to integrated campaigns and brand platforms ➕ Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members Why Join Schbang Work on diverse, high-impact brands and campaigns Be part of a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment Opportunity to grow into senior creative leadership roles Apply Share your CV + portfolio at: (please mention current ctc, expected ctc,notice)
