Title: Data Analyst Duration: 3- 6 months, possible to extend Location: Remote IST hours Notice period: Need immediate joiners Pay rate: 507 INR-> 1,383 INR (rate depends on factors like years of experience and CTMS expertise and education) What You'll Do ● Validate data outputs and logic within the platform, identifying gaps, errors, and data loss across large enterprise datasets ● Work with clinical data sources including CTMS platforms to assess data quality and completeness ● Analyze competing analytical approaches and present reasoned recommendations on pros and cons ● Support exploration phases by independently evaluating solutions and surfacing insights to the team ● Communicate findings clearly in written reports, Excel, and PowerPoint What We're Looking For ● 3–5 years of experience working with data in pharma, biotech, or clinical research ● Hands-on experience with CTMS platforms ● Familiarity with external clinical datasets and clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria ● Strong working knowledge of clinical trial terminology and data structures ● Proficiency in SQL and Databricks; experience with Python a plus ● Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a distributed team
