We are looking for a Japanese Language Expert (JLPT N3 or higher) with a strong background in software development or enterprise applications . This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge communication between Japanese stakeholders and technical teams while contributing to development, support, or implementation projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Japanese clients/stakeholders for requirement gathering and communication Translate business requirements between Japanese and English Work on development, support, or implementation in one of the technologies: SAP Java .NET COBOL Participate in design, coding, testing, and deployment activities Provide production support and resolve technical issues Prepare technical documentation and reports in Japanese/English Required Skills Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (mandatory) Strong experience in at least one: SAP (any module) Java (Spring, Hibernate preferred) .NET (C#, ) COBOL (Mainframe preferred) Good understanding of SDLC / Software Development lifecycle Strong communication skills in Japanese & English
