ServiceNow Developer – Order Management (OM) Contract | Long-Term | Full Remote (India) Start Date: ASAP Language: Fluent English Experience: 6+ years (including 3+ years in Order Management) About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Order Management (OM) to join our team on a long-term contract. This is a fully remote opportunity from India , offering the chance to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow implementations for global clients. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Order Management . Implement and optimize Service Catalogs, Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub . Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ideas into functional solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities. Ensure best practices in CMDB, CSDM, and platform architecture. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in OM . Expertise in CSDM , Workspaces , UI Builder , Flow Designer , and Portal Management . Experience with integrations and Service Catalog setup . Excellent understanding of Ordering & Sales processes . Ability to design and prototype solutions effectively. English fluency (written & spoken). Education Bac+5 or equivalent: Engineering degree or University degree in Computer Science, Ergonomics, or related field. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication: ability to explain complex topics to non-IT audiences. Proactive and collaborative team player. Quick learner with a supportive attitude.
