We’re Hiring: Computational Chemistry & AI/ML Specialist | Bengaluru At Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services , we are looking for a visionary Computational Chemistry & AI/ML Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. This isn't just about /"crunching data/" - it’s about building the platforms that accelerate target identification and de novo design for the next generation of therapeutics. What You’ll Do: Innovate: Develop and implement ML models for target identification, virtual screening, ADMET modeling, and hit-to-lead optimization. Collaborate: Partner with medicinal chemists and biologists to turn AI/ML insights into actionable drug discovery results. Build: Design, develop, and maintain our proprietary AI/ML platforms to streamline project delivery. Lead: Manage data-driven projects and communicate strategic findings to internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Bring: Academic Excellence: A Ph.D. in Computational/Medicinal Chemistry, Bio/Cheminformatics, or AI/ML. Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience applying Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs) to biological data. Tech Stack: Expert-level Python and deep familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Domain Knowledge: Real-world experience with structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery methods. Mindset: A passion for research and a desire to see your work make a tangible, real-world impact.
