The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality, banquet sales, and outdoor catering businesses, with proven leadership and revenue growth capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall banqueting and catering business operations Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion in Hyderabad Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, corporates, and event planners Oversee event execution, service quality, and customer satisfaction Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales and operations teams Identify new business opportunities in weddings, corporate events, and luxury catering segments Ensure alignment with brand standards and service excellence Key Requirements: 10–20 years of experience in luxury hotels, banquets, or outdoor catering businesses Strong exposure to the Hyderabad market is highly preferred Proven track record in business development and revenue generation Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage large-scale events and high-value clients Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills Preferred Background: Experience working with luxury hotel chains or premium catering brands Strong network within the wedding and corporate events ecosystem
