Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to drive, and implement end-to-end revenue operations transformation across the organization. This role will work closely with Transformation Head, BU Heads, Department Heads, Finance, IT, and external consulting partners to execute strategic initiatives spanning the full cycle of business operations and end-to-end revenue lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic consulting experience, deep operational expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Governance • Own and drive the end-to-end transformation roadmap with deep-dive on process changes, system changes SOP documentation • Establish and manage program governance structure and strategy execution and implementation • Define and track KPIs, metrics, and success criteria for all transformation initiatives • Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Stakeholder Management • Partner with BU Heads, Finance, Sales, Delivery, and IT leadership to drive adoption of process and system changes • Serve as the primary liaison with business and operations for PMO activities • Present progress updates, insights, and recommendations to business leaders and CXOs • Navigate organizational dynamics and drive alignment across competing priorities Process & Systems Transformation • Lead process re-engineering initiatives across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle • Ensure process changes are documented, SOPs are updated, and teams are trained • Drive adoption of incentive structure changes aligned with business objectives Change Management & Benefits Realization • Develop and execute change management plans including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement • Establish baselines and track benefits realization post-implementation • Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement cycles • Build internal capabilities to sustain transformation outcomes Required Qualifications • 5-8 years of progressive experience with at least 5 years in transformation / PMO / business excellence roles • Prior experience as Manager / Lead OR equivalent experience leading transformation programs in industry/consulting/professional services/organizations • Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through transformation initiatives • Services industry experience (IT Services, BPO, Professional Services) with exposure to project based revenue models • MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution preferred; CA/CMA is a strong plus Skills & Competencies Technical Skills • Program Execution • Data-Driven Decision Making • Financial acumen • Data analytics & BI tools • Change management frameworks • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Soft Skills • Executive presence & gravitas • Influencing without authority • Structured problem solving • Stakeholder management • Written & verbal communication Why Join Us? • Lead a flagship transformation program with enterprise-wide impact • Direct access to C-suite leadership and Board visibility • Opportunity to be a part of a high-visibility, strategic transformation with direct CXO exposure
