We’re building VJ Interior into a scaled manufacturing brand in India’s fast-growing office furniture market — and we’re now looking for a CFO who can help us unlock serious growth. We are looking for someone who can raise capital, structure deals, and help scale a manufacturing business. What You’ll Do Lead our first institutional fundraising round (₹2Cr–₹5Cr+) Structure and execute: Private Equity / Growth Capital Build a clear financial roadmap for manufacturing expansion Develop investor-grade: Financial models Projections Valuation strategy Unlock: MSME / manufacturing subsidies Government schemes About VJ Interior We are a Delhi-based furniture manufacturer focused on ergonomic, modern workspace solutions — serving SMEs, corporates, and commercial clients across India. We operate at the intersection of: Manufacturing Design Commercial interiors The market is scaling fast — and we’re positioned to capture it. Who This Role Is For You: Have raised capital before (₹1Cr+ ideally) Understand manufacturing / industrial business models Can talk to investors, not just manage accounts Know how to structure equity + debt smartly Are looking to build something, not just operate ⚖️ Compensation Flexible structure: Performance-driven (success fee + equity) If you can bring capital or invest personally, we’re open to structuring that as well.
