Job Title: Inside Sales Consultant (Client Search) Industry: HR Services / Staffing/HR Outsourcing Reports To: Sales Head Location: Mumbai Region Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday and All Sundays are fixed Off) Qualification: Graduate / MBA Experience: 4-7 yrs Experience from HR Staffing / HR Advisory / HR Software Industry CTC Budget: 6-8 LPA Job Mode: Work from Office Preferred: Experience in Client Calling and selling HR advisory, recruitment, payroll Services Key Responsibilities Conduct research on client business, industry, product and services, competition, culture, etc. to ensure that complete information is available about the client before start of project delivery Market Mapping of Talent according to client requirement Screening and Short-listing profiles and engaging with first connect for preliminary due diligence Identifying potential candidates matching “Ideal candidature” for the requisition Primary tasks include sourcing, pre-screening, first connect, due-diligence-qualifying candidature, presenting (internal / external), interview process coordination, Selection process documentation, reference check, Hand holding until joining and Final invoicing Generate Monthly MIS reports Client Information Records New Business Development - Initiating Mailers, Pitching services pertaining to HR solutions, Upsell , Cross sell solutions Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Strategic thinking and market analysis Relationship-building and stakeholder management CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient Interested candidates can fill below mentioned google form.
