Job Title Technical Webflow Administrator / Webflow Engineer Experience: 3 to 5 year Department Marketing Technology / Digital Platforms Reporting To VP Marketing / Sr Director Marketing (with dotted-line to IT) Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Webflow Specialist to own the end-to-end technical administration, stability, and security of our Webflow-based corporate website. This role acts as the technical backbone for the marketing team , ensuring the Webflow platform operates reliably, securely, and at scale, while coordinating with Webflow support and third-party vendors to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Webflow expertise , web infrastructure fundamentals , and strong operational discipline , with the ability to translate marketing requirements into technically sound implementations. Key Responsibilities Webflow Platform Administration & Maintenance Own day-to-day administration of the Webflow instance , including site settings, hosting configuration, publishing workflows, and environment management. Maintain and manage Webflow CMS collections , custom fields, dynamic content, and page templates. Manage Webflow user roles, permissions, access controls, and audit usage periodically. Network, DNS & Routing Management Manage and maintain DNS records (A, CNAME, TXT, MX) for Webflow-hosted domains. Security, Compliance & Risk Management Own security posture of the Webflow platform , including: SSL configuration and renewals Secure access controls and least-privilege permissions Monitoring for suspicious activity or unauthorized changes Integrations & Technical Enhancements Manage and maintain integrations with: Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) Analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.) Forms, APIs, webhooks, and third-party scripts Documentation & Process Governance Create and maintain technical documentation , including Webflow , architecture overview,DNS and domain configurations, Integration mappings, Security controls and access models Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) Train marketing and content teams on safe and effective platform usage. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Webflow in a production environment . Strong understanding of: Web hosting fundamentals DNS, domain management, and SSL CDN behavior and performance optimization Proficiency in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for troubleshooting and enhancements) Webflow CMS and Editor Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and webhooks. Familiarity with analytics, tag management, and SEO best practices. Webflow certification would be an additional advantages. Soft Skills Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, security, and external vendors . Clear communication skills—able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
