Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Executive to manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory planning, and logistics activities. The role involves ensuring timely availability of materials, cost optimization, and smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ, vendor selection, negotiation, and PO release Develop and maintain a strong vendor base and ensure competitive pricing Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid stock-outs or overstocking Ensure timely material planning and delivery as per project/production requirements Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Production, and Project Execution Track and manage logistics, dispatch, and shipment schedules Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency Required Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Excellent communication and coordination abilities Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / commerce / engineering / Logistics MBA in Supply Chain / Operations (preferred)
