Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is included. Monitor and track the status of appeals and follow up as needed. Maintain accurate records of all denial management activities and outcomes. Provide regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and other key metrics to management. Stay updated on industry regulations and payer policies to ensure compliance.
