Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Skill: AR Caller (Voice Process) - Health Care Specification: Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Revenue Cycle Management, Denial Handling, AR Calling, US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM Job Description: Review and analyze denied claims to identify root causes and trends. Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement rates. Work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims. Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is included. Monitor and track the status of appeals and follow up as needed. Maintain accurate records of all denial management activities and outcomes. Provide regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and other key metrics to management. Stay updated on industry regulations and payer policies to ensure compliance. Ability to resolve customer queries in the first point of contact.
