Company Description Shroom Designs is a boutique architecture firm based in Mumbai, working on sustainable, human-centric and execution-driven architectural projects across residential, hospitality, redevelopment and eco-focused developments. We are looking for a Junior Architect (Fresher) who is eager to learn, technically sound, and interested in gaining hands-on experience across all stages of an architectural project; from concept to site execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations and working drawings Assist in design development, schematic layouts and detailing Create 3D models and basic renderings for presentations Prepare presentation drawings, material boards and client decks Assist in site visits, site measurements and coordination drawings Support documentation, revisions and consultant coordination Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with design intent and timelines Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory) Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes Good communication and time-management skills Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced studio environment Previous experience or exposure to sustainable construction practices is a plus Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Knowledge of Rhino and SketchUp Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Canva Exposure to 3D visualization software like Twinmotion and AI rendering tools Interest in sustainable architecture and climate-responsive design Internship experience in an architectural design studio What We Offer Exposure to real projects from concept to execution Learning-oriented work environment with mentorship Opportunity to grow into a mid-level role with increased responsibility Fair compensation and skill-based growth Experience in sustainable and practical architecture Travel reimbursements for field visits Paid sick-time off
