The ideal candidate isself-driven, creative, and empathetic , with the ability to translate ideas into powerful brand stories and measurable business outcomes.We are specifically looking for candidates with astrong technical/engineering background , who can effectively understand and market complex technology solutions across industries such as SMT, automation, solar, and EV.Key Objectives & Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and target audience across channels Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns—from concept to completion Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, and market trends to continuously improve effectiveness Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design strong go-to-market strategies with structured proposals Drive lead generation initiatives through partnerships, customers, and vendors Manage and optimize existing marketing channels to achieve business objectives Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and ownershipRequired Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams Strong expertise in marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives Established media connections for PR and promotions Experience in vendor management and handling large-scale events Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in tools such as Adobe, Affinity, Corel, and MS OfficePreferred Qualifications (B.Tech + MBA Mandatory) Engineering degree (B.Tech) with an MBA in Marketing or related field Working knowledge of graphic design and content creation Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing efficiency while maintaining ethical standards Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learnSalary range: INR 7 - 14 LPA.
