Strong communication skills ( Written & Verbal) with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Hands-on experience in agreement setup and contract management processes. Problem Solving techniques Analytical skills Managing customer escalation with experience of performing RCA and CAPA MS Office proficiency NOTE: Kindly have a working cellphone with Microphone & Camera Access.
