Talent Acquisition Own end-to-end hiring across media buying, creative, and support teams Build strong hiring pipelines and improve time-to-hire Implement structured interview and evaluation systems 2. Performance & People Management Design and manage performance review systems (KPIs, scorecards) Work with leadership on promotions, PIPs, and team structure Drive accountability and high-performance culture 3. Employee Experience & Retention Improve onboarding, engagement, and retention systems Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns Build a strong internal culture aligned with company values 4.
