We operate with a high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and speed.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an HR Manager to build and scale our people function—driving hiring, performance, culture, and retention as we grow toward the next stage.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition Own end-to-end hiring across media buying, creative, and support teams Build strong hiring pipelines and improve time-to-hire Implement structured interview and evaluation systems 2. Performance & People Management Design and manage performance review systems (KPIs, scorecards) Work with leadership on promotions, PIPs, and team structure Drive accountability and high-performance culture 3. Employee Experience & Retention Improve onboarding, engagement, and retention systems Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns Build a strong internal culture aligned with company values 4.
