Role OverviewWe are hiring aCreative Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designerto lead the visual identity of our brand across all platforms. This role combinesgraphic design, motion graphics, video production, and AI-driven content workflows , ideal for someone who can create visually stunning, high-converting content at scale. Key Responsibilities ️ Graphic DesignDesign high-end creatives for: Website (UI elements, banners, landing pages) Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads) Email marketing campaigns Sales brochures and presentations Maintain consistentluxury brand identity(black, gold, minimal aesthetic) Create premium visuals for fleet, chauffeur experience, and corporate services Motion Graphics, Video Production & EditingCreate and edit high-qualityvideo contentfor: Social media reels, ads, and campaigns Brand storytelling videos App/product walkthroughs Handleend-to-end video production : Concept → storyboard → editing → final delivery Apply cinematic effects, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics Animate logos, UI flows, and promotional visuals UGC Ads & Performance CreativesCreatehigh-converting UGC-style adsfor Meta, TikTok, and other platforms Develop engaging short-form content designed to: Drive conversions Increase engagement Understand hooks, storytelling, and ad psychology Continuously test and optimise creatives (A/B testing mindset) AI Tools & AutomationUse AI tools such asn8nandClaudeto: Automate content posting workflows Streamline repetitive creative and marketing tasks Assist in generating captions, variations, and campaign ideas Integrate AI into the creative process to improve efficiency and scalability Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to build automated content pipelines Performance Marketing SupportDesign conversion-focused creatives for: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Google Display LinkedIn campaigns Work closely with marketing team to improve CTR and ROI Brand & Creative StrategyTranslate brand vision into premium visuals Stay updated with luxury and digital content trends Proactively suggest creative ideas and campaign improvements Project Management & CollaborationManage tasks and workflows usingAsana Collaborate with marketing, development, and leadership teams Ensure timely delivery of creatives aligned with campaign deadlines ️Skills & RequirementsMust-Have:3+ years experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing Strong portfolio (luxury, automotive, travel, or premium brands preferred) Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro Experience withvideo production and editing tools Experience creatingUGC ads and performance creatives Familiarity withAsana or similar project management tools Working knowledge of AI tools such asn8nandClaude Good to Have:Experience withFigma (UI/UX design) Knowledge ofad performance metrics (CTR, conversions) Experience working with international or luxury brands Exposure to automation workflows and API-based integrations Personal Traits:Strong attention to detail (premium finish mindset) Creative thinker with modern design sense Ability to work independently in a remote setup Proactive and tech-savvy with interest in AI-driven workflows Fast turnaround with high-quality output What We OfferOpportunity to work on aglobal luxury brand Creative ownership and freedom Long-term growth and leadership opportunities Exposure to international markets (UK, Europe, UAE) How to ApplyPlease share: Updated CV Portfolio (MANDATORY – include video work & UGC ads) Examples of AI-driven workflows or automation (if available)
