We’re Hiring: Head of Sales & Operations (Marketplace | Multi-Category)   We’re building a high-growth multi-vendor platform across Gyms, Restaurants, Sports, and D2C brands — and we’re looking for a founding leader who can drive both revenue (sales) and execution (operations) from day one.   If you’ve scaled supply and revenue at companies like Zomato, Swiggy, or Flipkart — this role is built for you.   Role Overview Own end-to-end business growth across: Vendor acquisition (Sales)   Vendor onboarding & lifecycle (Operations)   Revenue & monetization   Category performance   City expansion   Sales (Revenue Ownership) 1. Vendor Acquisition & Partnerships * Close gyms, restaurants, sports centers & D2C brands   * Build city-wise supply acquisition strategy   * Drive partnerships & bulk onboarding   2. Revenue Strategy * Define pricing, commissions & monetization models   * Launch offers, subscriptions & upsell opportunities   * Drive GMV and revenue targets   3. Local Market Expansion * Lead on-ground sales teams   * Crack initial supply density in launch cities (e.g., Kanpur)   * Build repeatable GTM playbook   ⚙️ Operations (Execution Excellence) 1. Vendor Onboarding & Activation * Ensure fast onboarding (KYC, catalog, pricing)   * Improve activation rate & time-to-live   2. Vendor Lifecycle Management * Retain and grow vendor revenue   * Solve operational issues & escalations   * Maintain vendor quality standards   3. Category Operations * Restaurants: Offers, dine-in experience   * Gyms: Memberships, trainer availability   * D2C: Catalog, inventory & fulfillment   4. Logistics & Fulfillment (D2C) * Manage partners like Shiprocket and Delhivery   * Optimize delivery, returns & RTO   What You’ll Be Measured On * Vendor acquisition (weekly/monthly targets)   * Revenue / GMV growth   * Vendor activation & retention   * Customer experience & order success rate
