Role Description We're hiring a Game Designer who thrives in a fast-moving, scrappy environment. You'll own the design layer end-to-end — from core loop concepting to live balance tweaks — working directly with developers and artists. This is not a documentation-heavy role; you'll be expected to prototype, playtest, and iterate quickly. Qualifications Proven experience designing mobile and/or PC games — shipped titles strongly preferred Fluency in F2P design patterns — progression systems, economy design, FTUE, retention hooks Ability to design and balance in-game economies (currencies, gacha, battle passes, cosmetics) Comfort working without a rigid spec — you can take a rough concept and shape it into a playable loop Strong instincts on pacing, difficulty curves, and player psychology Good communication skills; able to work async with a small cross-functional team Genuine passion for gaming with awareness of current trends across platforms Nice to Have Experience with UGC platforms (Roblox, UEFN, etc.) Familiarity with analytics tools and using data to inform design decisions Prior experience at an indie studio
