The Senior Engineer – Civil Execution will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities for residential/commercial building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Supervise day-to-day site activities for building construction Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants Quality Control Implement quality standards and ensure adherence to SOPs Conduct inspections for RCC, finishing works, and structural components Ensure compliance with industry and company benchmarks Planning & Scheduling Prepare short-term construction plans and monitor progress Track material consumption and minimize wastage Ensure milestones are achieved within deadlines Vendor & Contractor Management Manage subcontractors and labor teams on-site Verify bills and work completion status Ensure productivity and adherence to timelines Safety Compliance Enforce safety standards and site protocols Conduct safety briefings and audits Ensure compliance with statutory regulations Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily progress reports and site records Track project updates and escalate issues when needed Coordinate for inspections and approvals Required Qualifications B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering 5–10 years of experience in building construction (residential/high-rise preferred) Key Skills Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methodologies Ability to read and interpret drawings Project execution and site management skills Vendor coordination and team handling Knowledge of safety standards and quality processes
