General Manager – Asset Management (Solar Plant Operations) Location: Jaipur Experience: 8–10 Years Key Responsibilities: O&M Management: Oversee end-to-end operations and maintenance of solar power plants, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of O&M technicians and subcontractors, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. Performance Monitoring: Continuously track plant performance, analyze data, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on plant performance, generation, and energy export metrics. SEG Compliance: Ensure proper implementation of Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) regulations with accurate reporting and compliance adherence.
