This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth procurement, documentation, coordination, and reporting activities across departments. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor databases Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and comparative statements Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for documentation and follow-ups Support contract management and compliance tracking Generate reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and vendor performance Manage internal communication with finance, logistics, and operations teams Ensure timely processing of invoices and payment requests Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and reporting Required Skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field 1–3 years of experience in back-office or supply chain support roles Basic understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory processes Why Join Us?
