We are now looking for an AI Content Engineer to help us build and scale our production pipeline.The RoleThis is not a traditional video editor role. You will be responsible for executing and optimising AI-driven content workflows —turning creative concepts into high-quality outputs using advanced AI tools. Your role is to increase output, improve consistency, and reduce production time .ResponsibilitiesGenerate AI video content using tools such as Hegosfield, Cinema Studio, and similar platforms Execute pre-defined creative concepts and storyboards Build and refine prompt frameworks for consistent outputs Develop repeatable workflows to increase production speed Handle iterations and revisions efficiently Collaborate closely with the creative team to improve output quality Organise and manage assets, outputs, and versions RequirementsExperience with AI content generation tools (video, image, or similar) Strong understanding of visual composition and storytelling Ability to follow structured workflows and deliver consistently High attention to detail and output quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment Nice to HaveExperience in cinematic or luxury-style content Familiarity with prompt engineering Background in video editing or motion design Experience working remotely with international teams What Success Looks LikeYou can produce multiple high-quality videos per day You reduce reliance on trial-and-error workflows You contribute to building scalable production systems Why Join UsWork at the intersection of AI and creative production Be part of building a scalable content engine, not just editing videos Direct impact on output and growth How to ApplyPlease apply with: Examples of AI-generated content you’ve created Tools you’ve used A short explanation of your workflow/process We are looking for operators, not hobbyists.
