About the Role We are looking for a smart and proactive HR & Operations Coordinator who can manage hiring, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Handle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews) Coordinate with clients for updates and follow-ups Manage team tasks and daily workflow Track project deadlines and execution Support content ideas and campaign coordination Requirements Graduate / Post Graduate 0–4 years experience Good communication skills Strong coordination and multitasking ability Basic understanding of social media/content Comfortable with 6 days working Salary & Details Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (based on skills) Location: Jodhpur (Work From Office) ⏳ Immediate joiners preferred
