Collect and documentcase storieshighlighting project impact. Ensure accurate, ethical, and culturally sensitive qualitative data collection. Maintain detailed field notes and prepare clear documentation of findings. Build rapport with local communities and facilitate open conversations. Qualifications Strong skills in Qualitative Research methodologies such as interviews, focus groups, and observational studies Proficiency in Data Analysis and Report Writing, with the ability to synthesize complex information Familiarity with Development Sector projects, including CSR, NGO, and Government initiatives Strong Communication and Collaboration skills to effectively work within cross-functional teams Working knowledge of research ethics and best practices Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in dynamic environments A Master’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field is desirable Experience with SPSS, NVivo, or other qualitative data analysis tools is a plus
